A thorough wash of whole exterior house with water at the right pressure to clean of dirt, debris, and any old paint.
This process includes the application of caulking on all cracks/holes around windows/doors/trims/siding, and any other part of the house with any openings. The scraping process includes the scraping of old falling paint so new fresh paint can be applied.
Primer is applied on all raw/damaged wood to seal/restore/ and protect to prevent any future peeling and leave a flawless paint job.
Any damaged siding/trim/fascia and any other minor damages can be repaired and be left looking brand new.
The painting process involves two coats. One coat with the paint sprayer while back-rolled with a roller to apply an even and adhesive coat. The second coat is just only with the sprayer for a quality, even, beautiful finish.
